据我所知，一般都是跟着h1b同时file.hr或者律师应该问的

费用要看每个公司了，如果是自己付律师费得话。不如就自己递交了。东西都很简单的

no need to update h4 every time h1 changes job as long as your h4 is not
expired, that's what our company lawyer said and what we found out on
internet as well. I didn't file a update when my husband first changed his
job. When your h4 is expiring, you need file to renew it and the new i97 you
get will have the same expiration date as H1. And usually you need to pay
the renew fee yourself. Try to talk to the company HR and lawyer to find out
their policy about it.

it takes months. Mine took about two to three months and we did it by
ourselves.

现在递可能来不及？到时如果11月还没下来I94已经到期怎办？提前回国还是说继续等

上不一致 为了避免麻烦 他让我老公去机场的入境处改一下 我们去了 不是太麻烦就改
好了。
