小护士请教一下各位神医，该怎样操作这个case.
ebay 买家在 Prone, PR 买了我的吸尘器。
我list 里面明确写着，
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Only ships to 48 continental US states, not ship to AK/HI/PR/APO/FPO/PO box
是我让Buyer 开case to cancel 还是我直接cancel order? 在ebay 找了半天也没有
找到答案。

刚买的不到20天，就降价了很多，不给adjustment, 用过几次，能退吗？能买个新的，
再退那个新的吗？他们会记录SN 吗？

you send a cancellation request. if the buyer agree, you will get your final
value fee back.BTW: in the shipping address when listing, you should
unclick the places that you don't want to ship. Then buyers cannot check out
for your items

你没有block掉PR地址就是说可以寄

我当年买过一个isxxb，买了不到一个月就降价了100刀，我要求pricematch,amazon说
政策不允许，那我说我要退货，他说好，但需要自己出运费

不知道怎样black掉不想邮寄的地址，所以就在list里写上。

自己出运费没问题，那个差价也cover 了，如果不记录SN 的话，退那个新的，对
amazon 来说不是更好么？

For items sold by Amazon.com, return shipping costs may be deducted from
your refund depending on the reason for return. For more information, go to
Calculating Refund Amounts.
If you return an item using the return label provided in the Online Returns
Center, and the reason for return is not a result of an Amazon.com error,
the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose
the U.S. Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your
refund is displayed. If you choose the self return option, you'll pay the
cost charged by the carrier selected.
Prime or not seems to make no difference here.
