5月9号去领事馆给孩子办旅行证，两个大人换护照，给的取证单是让22号取件，但是到
现在24号了，在网上查询证件进度，依然显示受理中。输入取证单号干脆说没有相关结
果，什么鬼。领事馆这个查询是不是个摆设呀？证件做好了只是不更新呢还是没做好，
开车去纽约要4个多小时，所以希望有个明确的状态再去取证，免得白跑一趟。
有没有有相关经历的，说说领事馆这个网上查询进度到底靠谱不靠谱？

如题，我的情况是本来EB2, 去年五月同时提交了485和降级到EB3的140. 之后很快EB2
也current,律师就帮我联系uscis看能不能再转回EB2,折腾了几个月也不知道转没转成
，反正EB3 的140也批了。没有换过工作。这种情况下需要准备J表吗？谢谢啦！

According to others experience in 2018, it depends on the immigration
officer who interviews you and your immigration history/status.
I would suggest the primary to have a new J form ready for 485 interview,
especially
1. who changed job after 485 submission,
2. whose H-1B expired and no H-1B extension was filed, or
3. whose 485 was submitted more than 6 months ago.

我满足第三条：3. whose 485 was submitted more than 6 months ago.所以还是需要
准备以备不测哈？

准备了J Form没用上，不影响拿绿卡；没准备J Form，被问到了，有可能解释一下就过
去了，但也可能被RFE，耽误拿卡。
