是指每个nap间的醒着的时间吗？那新生儿就只有1小时啊，俺娃一天中会有一两次2小
时不睡的，怎么哄都不睡，就是在那发呆。

是醒着的时间，这个是平均时间吧，每个小孩估计也不一样的。mm可以问问儿医怎么说。
