Diane Sawyer in the Instant Index section 17:00 into the following video
clip.

I think 90% chance, this selection is not by accident since they know Kimmel
is a highly controversial figure to the Asian Americans group. It's ABC
showing defiance, ready to square off with the Asian American community. I'
ve rarely see Kimmel on ABC's World News prime time program, maybe once a
year. This development looks highly unusual to me.
Just to raise it to your attention.
