感觉我们很多的痛苦和不愉快都是来自于对人和事的判断和事实的偏离造成的。
佛说的真是一点没错，我们是那么执著于我，执着于自己的看法，观点，利益，
自己的感受，自己的感情。
人于人之间的关系基本上是我们痛苦的根源。
那天听一个mp3很有趣，当陌生人死了我们无动于衷，当我们的父母亲人，好友
死了我们就很痛苦，当我们自己要面对死亡的时候我们也很痛苦。后两者和前者
的区别正在于我，和我们有关系的我们才会看重。

感觉我们很多的痛苦和不愉快都是来自于对人和事的判断和事实的偏离造成的。
佛说的真是一点没错，我们是那么执著于我，执着于自己的看法，观点，利益，
自己的感受，自己的感情。
人于人之间的关系基本上是我们痛苦的根源。
那天听一个mp3很有趣，当陌生人死了我们无动于衷，当我们的父母亲人，好友
死了我们就很痛苦，当我们自己要面对死亡的时候我们也很痛苦。后两者和前者
的区别正在于我，和我们有关系的我们才会看重。

这话其实连我自己都不信，再说了，当年我哪有这个悟性 ？

出国可以是因为为情所伤,那我也可以说,因为为情所伤才做到了在没有脑残,眼瞎,耳聋
的情况下,却仍然不喜不忧的对待死亡的现象,这也不是啥刻意的事情啊
