UPDATE 6/21/16: Visa Chief provided an additional update that a final action
date of January 1, 2010 will be imposed in August for both EB-1 China and
EB-1 India. These categories should be current again when the new fiscal
year starts on October 1st.

This is wrong. The good, smart and talented people are not the ones that
this country really needs. They need uneducated and dumb illegal immigrants
to fill the working class. And working and studying hard is not the core
value, either. Today, the US supreme court backs race-conscious admissions
program at the Universities in Texas. So keep in mind that we are not the
only to suffer but also our next generation if we choose to stay, even
legally. This country is dead!

总结一下，对于中国和印度的eb1申请者，从8月到十月有两个月的delay, 之前和之后

不一样，今年8月后485也要等到10月份才能交。

搞别的去了，等到10月再次开始从7月底的工作捡起来。
还是和去年一样，8，9月份485继续处理，该批的批，只是由于没有名额了，就放在边
上，10月一有名额，IO就不费时间，直接发卡，一个月爆绿很多人呢？
如果是白等2个月就太郁闷了。。。。

评审员不会白等啊。案子积累如山呢。

按照那个消息的说法，在8,9月，IO不touch中国和印度的case，所以对于我们来说，就
是在白等

不能理解你为啥要把对中国人、印度人排期看做是惩罚？
排期就是美国根据自己的情况设计的接纳移民的原则和程序呀。

考虑到去年也是如此。以后越来越多的人开始走EB1，所以，名额基本很快用完。长期
而言，可能这样的情况会是常规了。所以只能放宽心态，做好工作，过好日子。

话是这么说，打指纹之后告诫自己：直接等待半年，不要看帖子，半年之后再来询问。
但是还是忍不住天天上来刷，拿不到绿卡的最后一刻总是工作心不在焉。。。
