UPDATE 6/21/16: Visa Chief provided an additional update that a final action
date of January 1, 2010 will be imposed in August for both EB-1 China and
EB-1 India. These categories should be current again when the new fiscal
year starts on October 1st.

不一样，今年8月后485也要等到10月份才能交。

有一点不明白：EB1 485处理8，9月份彻底停止了么？就是说白等2个月，IO啥都不干，
搞别的去了，等到10月再次开始从7月底的工作捡起来。
还是和去年一样，8，9月份485继续处理，该批的批，只是由于没有名额了，就放在边
上，10月一有名额，IO就不费时间，直接发卡，一个月爆绿很多人呢？
如果是白等2个月就太郁闷了。。。。

评审员不会白等啊。案子积累如山呢。
排期不到，案子不会被touch的。
没事，就是等两个月，比起EB2还是好很多了。

按照那个消息的说法，在8,9月，IO不touch中国和印度的case，所以对于我们来说，就
是在白等

排期就是美国根据自己的情况设计的接纳移民的原则和程序呀。

考虑到去年也是如此。以后越来越多的人开始走EB1，所以，名额基本很快用完。长期
而言，可能这样的情况会是常规了。所以只能放宽心态，做好工作，过好日子。

话是这么说，打指纹之后告诫自己：直接等待半年，不要看帖子，半年之后再来询问。
但是还是忍不住天天上来刷，拿不到绿卡的最后一刻总是工作心不在焉。。。
