这几天气温变化大，下雨加高温。
把本来的heating，换成cooling, 今天又换成heating, 每次交换cooling 和heating
的时候，
空调都有异味。
什么导致的异味呢
是空调管道年久，有泄漏吗？

The bad smell comes from the mold hidden in the evap coil, condensate drain
pipe of the duct, or from the dirty filter When switching heating mode to
cooling mode, or in reverse.
The dirty filter will bring a higher static pressure to the blower and
makes the blower work harder, also decrease the velocity airflow through the
evap. coil, will cause extra water condensing at the coil where mold likes
to sprout up.
The air-leaking of your house can bring overmuch humid air in, and that
infiltration could keep mold residing in the duct during the air circulation
.
When the system doesn't run frequently( Autumn or Spring), you should run
a dehumidifier to remove the extra humidity in the house and make sure to
seal the house well, checking the condensate drain pipe at the evap. coil
can also help you, always change the air filter no more than 3 months.
