如果有机会,H1B能入股自己的公司,变成公司的partner吗?
这样职称改了,是否又要重新申请h1或绿卡?
还是需要先拿到绿卡后才适合?

好像是所有的排期到了的被抽出来，然后再按递交申请的先后顺序排，谁先递的申请，
先审谁的。
这几天批的是不是都是07年7月大潮头几天递的？
我是08年9月递的，大概要最后批了，所以不想它了。

收入只有OPT收入的话，应该只收到w-2.
如果有奖学金是用来减学费的话，有的学校是不发1042S，但可以要求学校写封信列出
奖学金金额，留底。

The cases that will be current in the following month are picked out and put
into a "pile" shortly before the start of the following month. Then these
cases are assigned to examiners. Note that the files are paper files and
they are not necessarily in any order (either PD or RD). If your case
happens to on the top of the pile and the examiner is working very fast,
then your case will be processed (and hopefully approved) at the beginning
of the month; if your case happens to be at the bottom
