我申请了一所学校,他们对我感兴趣, 正在邀请我去OnSite. 后天我去参加一个会议，
刚好系主任也参加。他邀请我星期四中午一起吃饭。这算一个非正式的面试吧？请求建
议：吃饭谈哪些话题比较合适？我应该在哪些方面多作准备？

HBO: What was it like finally seeing the sequence all put-together with the
dragon?
Jerome Flynn: I was surprised when I was watching it. I spent weeks on that
sequence, but I was on the edge of my seat, the adrenaline was running —
they really nailed it. Although since the day the battle aired, I’ve been a
little unpopular, I have to say. My postman won’t speak to me because I
shot the dragon.
HBO: Bronn keeps insisting he1s just in it for the money. Does he have any
personal stakes with the Lannisters?
Jerome Flynn: His personal stake is there, in that that’s where his debts
lie his dream-future is in Jaime’s hands. And that1s what motivates him in
the episode. The relationship he has is with Jaime, and he knows there1s
enough loyalty there to be rewarded quite handsomely in gold. He's looking
out for himself.

一直对拜伦同学不感冒，也没怎么读过伊的作品，但还是好奇，弄了一部全集看。而后
不出意外，未闻其诗，先见八卦，取其中两则罗列于下：
1. the manuscripts destroyed
在与妻子分居声名日蹙后，1817-1820挥别英伦，开始游居意大利，大部分时间在
Venice。其中的1819年，拜伦曾短期追随情人--20岁上的Madame Guiccioli--及其4年
前喜结连理的丈夫的脚步来到中部Ravenna。由Ravenna返回Venice后，拜伦与来访的同
侪Moore（，the poet）会面，并向后者全权送交了自己的a large manuscript volume
, entitled, "My Life and Adventures."，除了必须身后版行，如果Moore有意出版的
话。
Moore谨遵指教，起初将这份手稿以2k镑售出，意在拜伦身后行世；但很快又将这分手
稿转交给拜伦层一度共居london---在拜伦与妻子分居期间---的阿姐---Lady Byron，
啊，不，此时的Mrs. Leigh。这最终导致手稿在Mrs.Leigh和拜伦best friend建议下销
毁。销毁原因，据称是：
an unwillingness to offend the feelings of many of the individuals mentioned
it.
时光倒流两年，拜伦离开英国，据说唯一令他神伤的是Lady Byron，对送别的Lady
Byron，拜伦说：Fare thee well. 而对另一位在场送别的Moore，拜伦说：My boat is
on the shore.
2. at Lord Byron's deathbed
拜伦同学临终说了不少遗言，有清晰可辨，也有不知所之的。
比如，被问及是否需要纸笔时，拜伦清晰答道：
Oh, no, there is no time --- it is now nearly over. Go to my sister --- tell
her --- go to Lady Byron --- you will see her --- and say ---"
继以"gradually indistinct"乃至侍从"not understood a word his Lordship has
been saying"，对此，拜伦又一次清楚应答：
"Not understood me!" exclaimed Byron, with a look of distress, "what a pity!
--- then it is too late; --- all is over."
果然is over，非也。拜伦进入永久睡眠的最后（可辨）遗言，其实是下面这句：
"Now I shall go to sleep."

Check your local pharmacy. The availability of insulin and syringes
without prescription seems to depend on the product brand, state regulation
and sometimes pharmacy policy, too.
If this doesn't work then go & see a local physician.

It IS an interview, although it's informal. Should be just chat, including
anything. He will show up when you talk. This kind of interview is a bad
situation. This doesn't help you very much for getting an onsite. However,
if you don't do something well, it will kill your opportunity to get onsite.
