javac，早年没有eclipse，俺几千行的程序都是这么编译的。
复杂一点的，写个ant脚本。

IntelliJ is good, but eclipse doesn't suck at all.
Plus there are way more plugin for eclipse than any
other IDE.

to my experience, on Linux, IntelliJ is better than Eclipse
