Just learnt these suckers got audited by DOL for PERM fraud. I happened to
use them for PERM back in 2005 and now 485 is pending. Any of your 485s got
approved recently although they represented you in PERM application? Thanks.

I don't think this answer is right. We can use open("filename", "r") too.

In C, generally we can open files having text format...
other types of files can be opened in binary format only using
file *fp;
fp=fopen("filename","rb+");// where b stands for binary format

Well it's in the news and DOL news release that I happen to come across only
a few months later. Did you also use them as your representative for PERM?
