2) not too many plug-ins;
Why does Google Chrome runs apparently faster than IE and FireFox?
At least that's many people's perception.

If you don't use any add-on for FF, it runs pretty fast too.

i think firefox is much better than
chrome

Google Chrome uses the WebKit layout engine, which was only intended for the
web and designed to be clean, simple, and fast. In fact, WebKit is often
used in browsers for mobile devices like phones and PDAs. Firefox uses the
Gecko engine, which originated in the days when Netscape dreamed about
displacing Microsoft and is designed to be a general extensible framework
for building software applications. As a result, Gecko is much larger and
slower than WebKit.

faster? i guess it's a psychological perception.
in fact, many complained it freezes from time to time.

It's not really feeling faster than FF.

I compared those 3, I found ie7 is still the fastest
after opening several photo ablum and youtube

Did you remember to clear cache before your test?
I happen to think IE is faster, too, although I only have IE6. But I'm just
so used to FF so I don't use IE at all. I feel something is not right in IE7
design, compared with FF but I don't know what exactly is not right. I
think it's mainly the user interface.
