A three year graduate fellowship is available for Ph.D. study at the
Department of Civil Engineering, Case Western Reserve University for Fall
2011 entrance. The fellowship provides full financial support over three
years, which include stipend of around $2000 per month, full tuition

- Strongly academically motivated
