每财经年( Oct of Previous year-----Sept of that year) 的 perm批准量.
NIW at most 10% of the numbers.
06：6779
07：6846
08：3328
09：2112
10：4052
PD is the day they received application, and it ususally takes 30 days to get approved. Now EB2C is 07/22/2006. So the perms approved in the fiscal year of 2006 is almost over. It will soon start will the fiscal year of 2007.
So Currently PD before 12/31/2007 is about (1500+6846+1200)x 1.1= 10500.
If every year Chinese can get 2800 only, it is about 4 years.
If every year Chinese can get 4000, it is about 3 year.
Once PD in 2007 is done, it will be much better.

是呀。而且Scala有些很恶心的地方。主要是语法太多了，有些你认为应该work的不
work，还得找workaround。很麻烦。Clojure语法很简单，歧义很少。

自己用了不少年C++, 看到Scala这种复杂的东西，多少有点怕了，怕花了精力和时间去
学，然后又浪费了。

你是不是忘記了一個PERM可以帶上一家人的?
所以就算不是*2 也要*1.5~1.75

昨天刚看到这个东西。你先说说怎么玩呀？干什么的呀？
我以前也用过C++。VC和Scala是最难学的了。现在喜欢dynamic的语言。

今年不能处理完PD before 12/31 ２００６年的，我就准备外F了。

To move the visa cut-off date to 2007 it will require 17k spillover this
year. I guess your chance to 外F is pretty promising :-)

你说的NIW 只有10%有何根据?
俺认识的NIW比perm要多!
