想问问有没有我类似情况的，如果有，是如何解决的呢？事情是这样的：
向中国使馆申请不持异议信，已经被所属的领馆批准，正在等待大使馆批准；可是此时
收到美国国务院寄来的信变更case number，只是一封信，并没有THIRD PARTY BARCODE
PAGE,但是中国留学服务中心要求我邮寄变更case number后的BARCODE PAGE给他们，
可是我没有收到这个。BARCODE PAGE是在申请的时候系统自动生成的吧，申请之后如何
才能再打一份出来呢？发信去问国务院人家不理我，电话也不知道应该打哪个去问问呢？

因为回国时间比较短，担心万一签证时间拖得太久，所以想买一个机票改期的保险。就
是如果机票改期的话，更改费和补的差价不会太离谱。
问了机票代理，他们不做这个业务，请问有谁知道这个要怎么弄啊，谢谢！

I am compiling C# (designed by others) on Visual Studio 2013.
But, in one of the projects, it has two key files that are password
protected.
The compiling (for debug) cannot be done because the key file cannot be
imported.
In the project property, I unchecked the "Sign the assembly" and then
deleted the two key files.
But, it still cannot be compiled because of the error of "cannot import the
key files" .
Any help would be appreciated.

为什么你的case number会变更呢？
一般除非自己重新在DOS的网上再填写一次J1豁免，才会生成新的case number.我觉得
你需要找出根源为什么case number会突然变化。
一般情况都是在DOS网上填写了资料，生成了case number，然后把那个bar code寄给中
国使馆，然后其他的材料寄给DOS。非常奇怪，为什么DOS会突然更改你的case number.

你需要找出根源为什么case number会突然变化。
一般情况都是在DOS网上填写了资料，生成了case number，然后把那个bar code寄给中
国使馆，然后其他的材料寄给DOS。非常奇怪，为什么DOS会突然更改你的case number.

Don't worry. I experienced change of case number too, because I forgot
about the Advisory Opinion requested a few years ago.
=== DOS side ===
Just go to DOS web site to re-generate an application.
https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/accessController.asp?page=7&
handler=true
But different from what you did before, take note of the following part at "
Exchange Visitor Information" step:
"Please enter an existing case number here. You will only have a case number
if you have ever applied for a J Visa Waiver recommendation or Advisory
Opinion in the past. If you do not have a case number, leave this field
blank."
Do enter the new case number here! For the rest parts, just copy and paste
what you did before. After finishing, you will get a new pack with the new
barcode.
No need to send anything new to DOS.
=== China side ===
Meanwhile, change the case number on chinesehighway.com.
There is a link on the portal after you log in.
Email [email protected]
/* */ about the change.
They will respond by telling you to send the new bar code
(in my case they replied within 24 hours).
Just send it.
I attached a printout of their reply email, along with the letter from DOS.
I guess you can simply mail them without the email communication.

因为我以前办过advisory opinion,所以DOS就变更了我的case number.

我的也是，case number有变更，结果说审核不通过，递交新的case number就可以了吗
