2年前从costco买的大罐豆油，到现在都没吃完，包装扔了，也不知道是不是已经过期了

本来每天两个nap,每次1个半小时，现在慢慢变成一个nap,11点到12：30左右。可是娃
到了6点多坚持不住，在highchair上吃饼干的时候睡着了，只好抱到床上，一般睡一小
时，问题是晚上就不好好睡了。大家帮忙出出主意，什么时候睡觉最好？本来想早上晚
点睡，可是娃有时坚持不到中午。

建立网站了吗,估计已经有一批粉丝了,应该趁热打铁继续扩大宣传力度,让更多的人看
到这部片子,虽然细节上有些小的瑕疵,但绝对是瑕不掩瑜,业余班子能凭着对电影的热
情和喜爱拍出这样的片子,足以让某些专业人士汗颜了.佩服佩服.

我没经验,书上看来的.
这段时间要晚上早点睡,早上带出去玩,让他多挺一会儿再睡.
还有,一个不是书上的,是我侄子的现状.他一个半小时醒了以后
我妈会去拍拍他,给他个奶嘴,然后就又能再睡一个半小时.

不熟悉vtk itk。强迫遵守一些规则oop也可以做成immutable，但一般不会这样做。

书上说,从2个NAP到一个NAP的转换期,睡觉都会有点差的.
而且从时间上看,楼主家的孩子可能也差不多要转了.50%
的一岁就只睡一觉了.

why 3hr sleep too much? kids r different ah. some will need that many sleep,

哎，这个我还记得，正好是我娃儿这么大的时候，拎回去看爷爷奶奶姥姥姥爷了。那会
儿他是两个nap，11点钟一个，下午3点多4点一个。所以我觉得你娃儿要是那么困的话
，下午3，4点钟按他nap一个。
后来也不怎么着就变成11点钟一个nap，晚上8点多再放倒了。

because if he takes 3 hours nap at day time, he won't sleep well at night.
That's the problem. If he sleeps too much during the day, he either wakes
up very early at morning or sleeps very late at night.

我们13个月从国内回来倒时差的时候，顺便也把两个nap倒成一个nap了。
现在17个月早上七点半左右起床，nap在12点半左右，2个至2个半小时。晚上七点半至八点睡觉。早上十
一点左右的时候会打哈欠，混混也就过去了。
总结下来，觉得起床后5个小时左右就撑不住了，得睡一下。

This is transition time, 两个nap变成一个nap, it will be hard.
Try nap time between 12pm to 3pm.
