看上个老房子，门前街边有棵树，disclosure上说tree roots block plumbing line，
需要每两年就清理一次。这个问题很严重吗？树其实不算大，长在街边，不靠房子，但
正好影响plumbing line。
如果这个问题很严重我们就放弃了，想上来问问大家，毕竟房子周围有树挺普遍的，如
果不严重的话每次清理要花多少钱呢。

说实话就是对Manager/lead的典型要求啊，唯一不太典型的就是同时要求Web and
Embedded C。但是估计肯定不是两个都要求expert级别的。如果去掉embedded c我完全
可以胜任。
工作要求这个东西，其实差不多的职位都差不多，但是如果把细节都写出来看上去就很
