各位当过search committee的大牛，请问你们会上网去check申请人的文章引用吗？比

看了新出来的，有几个地方没看懂
1、一开始和最后出来的那个抵抗组织的头（戴墨镜）怎么好像是上一部被Alice在船上
以为杀死但是又逃走的umbrella的头头？
2、前几集死掉的那些Alice的战友怎么纷纷复活反过来被red queen控制来打Alice
3、那么多Alice等人的复制品到底是red queen还是 umbrella的头头搞出来的
4、是不是umbrella的头头搞出了 red queen后来反而整个umbrella被red queen控制，
umbrella头头反而成了抵抗组织的头头
5、上部 umbrella的头好像已经变异了，这部怎么反而是抵抗组织的头了？或者两人不
是一个人？
6、最后抵抗组织的头为什么突然在alice脖子上注射东西？

会。如果candidate是PhD新人，这个指标上大家会宽容一些。如果是postdoc
或已经是faculty，要求就高一些。

other hand, is pure computer program with the sole purpose of eliminating
the whole human race as an species, hence he fights against her, at least

1） 四篇文章1篇引用100，另一篇30，还有两篇都是2-5左右
2） 四篇文章，每篇引用20-30
都是拿了博士3-4年左右时间。

没什么绝对标准吧，前一种可能是开了一个小方向，也可能是一个一时热的topic,虚

后一种是比较solid的。 业内人也未必有统一意见。

大家也不是傻子，多多少少会adjust for inflation.

下面这两个都拒掉，如果有更好的。

澄清一下，虽然有可能会看citation，但这不那么重要。最重要的，大致
是研究方向，pubs，funding（如果不是新人），connections等。
Citation好，锦上添好。不好，也不是那么要紧。
我见过最高的一个例子，一个做了几年postdoc，有一篇文章的citation，
差不多有1,000。但他做的方向已经不hot了，很快就据掉了。
