Being Real (1) --- John, my friend
John is my friend, although I wouldn’t say so to him. If I did, his self-ego
will bloat even more. Alcohol and women are two things that John can not live
without. John is rough and “with no manner” as one manager politely put it.
The F word is frequently at his lip, especially after drinking a couple of
pints. But you somehow will like him --- because he is real.
My first encounter with John was at my first meeting with the company’s
investment team. I wa
