几年前得过一次角膜炎，之后眼干眼涩，容易疲劳，检查后医生说是干眼症，就让我滴
人工泪液。有人说人工泪液不宜长期使用，会破坏泪膜。我现在的症状是：天气好时，
症状比较轻；但如果明天或后天要下雨变天气，眼睛就又干又涩，容易疲劳，甚至有胀
痛。在美国找过一个医生，也就还是让我滴人工泪液，而且要一天4次。不知有没有其
他的治疗方案，十分感谢！
附：本人生活比较有规律，一般早睡早起。就是学业较重，经常要看书

EB1A 485 pending，RD 10.10／14。目前除了receipt还没有其他任何EAD, AP和485的
消息，包括打指纹。
问题是实验室要move，而且很急，这就意味着h1b需要transfer。本来EB1A 是不考虑顾
主的。但是485receipt上一段话，让我有点担心，“As a reminder, you may request
to change employers under INA 204(j) if your Form 485 adjustment
application has been pending for at least 180 days and your underlying Form
I 140 is approved or is still pending.”
请有经验的大侠给回答下吧。多谢！

I used to use classical music to help me concentrate when studying physics,
and they work together pretty well. "Praeludium und Allegro in the sytle of
Pugnani" helped me got a good score in solid state physics, I still remember
the hot summer days in college when the musics kept me cool and clear in
mind. Baber's "adagio for string" calmed me through two hard days' thinking
on a problem and finally got the break-through and published the paper. The
nobleness, calm, pureness, depth, logics..in these classical pieces match
those beautiful physics laws.
But I can't find one inspiring piece of music when I am trying to write
codes.Classical musics are way too heavy, too noble for these technical
stuff. They do have lots of logic, but they can't form one simple picture,
one story, they are memory intensive not cpu intensive on me. I am
frustrated.

Don't think artificial tears has any long term adverse effects. Those wear
contact lens use artificial tears all the time. Chronic lack of tears can
lead to permanent cornea damage.
It is probably worth looking into the cause of dry eyes. Is that Sjogren's
syndrome?

Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease that affect mucus secreting
glands, thus leading to dry eye, dry mouth and joint disease etc. If doctor
suspect Sjogren, he might order some special blood test. You can certain
suggest and see what he says.
