back ground is fresh Ph.D from top 10 university in U.S.
If go back to China.
Roughly, the highest salary in physics,chemistry, biology area is equal to
the entrance level of finance, economic, law, MBA etc?
And this number is about 20W/year

现在中国科研分配还很畸形

物化生这么高？打算EE fresh PhD归的流泪飘过……

I mean the top salary, like if you enter the 1000 people plan, this is not
normal salary.
Usually, a fresh Ph.D could get a lecturer position, the reasonable salary
is around 4W. Lower than postdoc in China who got about 6W .

Many, CAS, Shanghai JT, Tsinghua, Peking university etc..
in some special department the salary can be more than 6W per year.
