除了少数几个行业,没什么外企会给非管理类人员发这个工资.

why?
I am already senior title and actually i am managing most of the things in
my dept (like manager level), my supervisor is the director of the company(
i only responsible for him). I am not American and English is not my mother
language,that's why i couldn't move level up so far.
