Maybe I am out of dates, thinking China as that 20 years old. But I always
has the impression that in China, 混不容易, mostly because of the
complexity of people relationship. IN USA, I just do a good job in my work and
then do not need to worry much about other things. But in China, my
impression of 20 years ago is complex.
This make me hesitate for returning.
Any comments people relationship in current China?

Acturally it is the same. For some people doing a good job is also not easy.
If they can have a good people relation in China, they do not need to work
hard and do a good job and they still can live a good life.

在美国不能不会做事，在中国不能不会来事

Well, of course, your English is better than me. I an not american, but a
chinese.
My Chinese is worsen than my English. When I was young, I always use Pinyin
in in my CHinese writing. My CHinese handwriting was really bad. Now I even
do not know how to input CHinese in a computer.

I really do not understand why kind of person you really are. Picking up
English errors makes you fun, right ? Makes you happy ?
What is your ill purpose ?
English is not my first language. It is reasonable to make some mistakes
during free writing. What's a big deal ?

这个我有些不太同意，如果你回中国，也是靠你的技术吃饭，那么你也不用太顾及人际
关系，当然你要安于拿一般技术职称那些薪金。在美国企业里，在管理层高度，人际关
系至关重要。当然美国的人际关系不像中国有的时候那样肮脏或者纯粹铜臭。但是你在
美国往上走，不懂人际关系肯定不行。

在美国企业里，I do not (or cannot) 往上走.
在中国, as a a normal person , you cannot 不用太顾及人际关系. 人际关系 is
everywhere.
