前段时间有个拿到这个地方manager的报offer是60W.你这个是VP吗？

做石油的拿到1M以上不难，用不着拼什么爹。

这工资真高。有退路就归，没退路要想一下。160k$+bonous在休斯敦如果有石油行业10
年以上工作经验，应该是不太难，工作也不会压力很大。一重这个部门目标是用短时间
出产品，领导耐心是有限的，不会给你太长时间，要是过两三年时间，不见成果，不管
你是 P or VP，你的工资也难保证一致不变。我有朋友面试过这个部门，据说有一个哥
们回去一年了，房子都买了，住房补贴就是无法兑现。这个单位在美国面试，承诺报销
费用。最后去那里工作的，报销面试费用，不回去的连面试费用以各种理由就是不给报
。They treat all these US Ph.D. just like trash. 从这小事情就能看出这个企业
的言而无信。
