要回国，需要给孩子上户口。孩子在 GA 出生，请问如何办州认证。
Is China one of Hague countries? Seems HK and Marco are, but I am not sure
about mainland China.
Do I need to go to 州务卿办公室 or Georgia Superior Court Clerk's
Cooperative Authority?
Anything else I need to do?
