My wife got H4 visa yesterday in Beijing. :)
It seems very easy. She was only asked one question 'when
did you get married?'.
The officer took a look at our marriage certificate and some
photoes, then gave
her visa.
Here is the background of our case:
I came to the U.S. in 1999 for studying. In Jan., 2001, I
graduated with
a master (quit from ph.D. program.). Now i am working with
OPT, but I have
got H1, the effective date will be mid May, 2001. (my
