The visa officer is the gentleman from Korea. I heard he is

I have not asked all the details. But seems quite simple. He
did not ask questions we prepared. In our first application,
the rejection reason seems the lack of money of my I-20. So
we mainly prepared how to defense that. Basically, we
shortened the visit time in the OF-156 and prepared to show
their proof of being rehired(Fan3 Pin4) actively. But I
still use the old I-20 which was used in the first time.
