在北京签证B2
DS 156 表的第8,第9项如果没有曾用名,是填none还是空着呀?我填"none"然后提交,提
交以后出现这样一来的文字"
"none" was removed from the 2D barcode for item 8( other surnames used)
"none" was removed from the 2D barcode for item 9( other first names and
Middle names used)
请问到底是写none还是空这不写?
还有,第16项,如果如果没有pager number,那么应该怎么填写?上海签证是填"1111",那
么北京签证是填什么呢?

If you write "none" or "NA", it is assumed that you mean
no name or not applicable, and on page 3 of the generated
form there will be a note reminding the consular clerk
to verify this in case a person actually has a name
that is spelled "None" or "Na" which has to be restored
on the form. That's what the message means.
If no pager, write no number. Where did you get the idea
about writing 1111? Is this instruction given on the
consulate website? There is no such instruction on
