都是收overdraft费, 只是有可能先给你垫着
好处是: 有的cc autopay(如discover)可能会第一次收不到钱还继续尝试多次, chase
这东西可以帮你防止被discover收多次钱

坏处是: 你的卡被捡了你被盗用的钱可能超过你的余额?
