我妈二月份已回国了，移民局四月份才发信通知我妈的B2延期被拒(discretionally
rejected)因为申请期坐了去加勒比海的游轮，我以为坐游轮不会更改I-94的状态，当
时她坐飞机入境时海关给的时间应该不会改变，谁知道犯了错误。我想知道我妈的十年
签证是否作废了还是继续有效，尝试打电话给移民局，输入case number，直接朗读被
拒根本无法接通live person。请问有人知道怎么查询吗？十分感谢!

The visa should still be valid because your mom left before the denial.
