My laptop kept rebooting again and again from this Friday on, some times
even before getting into windows XP. A problem message showed up before the
Windows XP screen was up. It said something like " IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL",
and suggested that new hardware or software might be installed. But actually
I didn't install anything recently.
The Technical information is : 0x0000000A (0x00000028,02,0x0000000,
0x804DA6DB).
Is it possible my laptop was attacked by some virus?
Sorry I couldn't use Chinese

BSOD
不一定是病毒，也许是某个系统级的软件坏了
这种情况比较难定位到底哪个家伙的问题
我的建议就是重新装一下算了

I also tried to restore to factory contents but failed as well.

I tried to boot my laptop at school and it worked. But when I tried to boot
at home, it kept rebooting again. I don't why that's happening. It seems
that now it only works at school. Does it because the network on campus has
extra protection?

鲍鱼说了，不一定是病毒，所以和你的学校有没有extra protection没有关系。
先试一试safe mode，如果还进不去就把硬盘拿出来备份数据然后重装
不过这种蓝屏IRQ之类的也有可能是硬件问题
如果有可能，看看C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\下面的dmp文件，有可能会有所帮助

你们家电压不稳？你们家电磁干扰特别大？你们家局域网有攻击性病毒？
总之你们家有点古怪啊
搞不懂
我再设想一个情形：
你们家局域网分配IP地址冲突，而　windows　的IP模块刚好有个蓝屏的bugw

现在的情况是：
在学校用没有任何问题。
如果在学校把无线网disable掉，在家用也可以。但是只要无线网没有disable，在家用
就会一直重启，近不了windows。
这个问题是在有一次我启动电脑时不小心按到某个键，然后出现以下网页后发生的。
“Hardware Profile/Configuration Recovery Menu
This menu allows you to select a hardware profile to be used when windows is
started. If your system is not starting correctly, then you may switch to a
previous system configuration which may overcome startup problems.
Important system configuration changes made since the last successful
startup will be discarded.
