some website says Kaspersky Anti-Virus is best, is it true? I usually use
Norton. Now my new laptop have expired Norton internet security. Do I need
to stick to norton or change to other programs? Any potential problems?

如果一个软件一年不升级都能防病毒，那才是能防病毒的。
BTW，你第二个网站是个纯粹搞 referral 的商业网站，没有任何可信度的

Based on the report posted on the lnke you gave, Kaspersky is pretty good at
most of categories. But it is weak on script virus. Well, I still need to
get one otherwise I can't get download anything from emule.
I am going to download a trial version.
One more q: after installing kaspersky, if I DON'T like it, can I uninstall
it completely?

我看到有報道，Norton 安裝了之后不好卸載。其他軟件好像還沒有類似報道
提醒你一句，防毒比殺毒重要得多，你把殺毒軟件的錢的一半用到防毒上，效果會好10倍
