My personal computer now gives me lots of headache. When I am reading any
webpage, the scroll automatically goes up and down, and I can not control it
. The page moves up and down when there is space in the right scroll bar. I
can not even hold it by touching the scroll bar.
I had this problem before. When the new version of Norton came, it resolved
this problem. But it come back.
Does anyone know what is the problem and how to resolve it ?
