I can not reboot my window xp. Lots of important stuff in there. Is there
anyway I can get my files back?

Yes, of course.
Find another computer running the same version of XP, say, Home if your XP is
Home, or Professional if your XP is Professional, make a boot floppy disk or a
boot CD from there, and use it to boot your computer.
When you enter XP successfully, use internal or external CD or DVD burner to
save all your important files.
