拿到的一个NSF, 我是PI, Co-PI原来是我们学校的AP，但是他要换学校了,他那部分的
钱是否由我PI支配留到本校？还是必须跟着他走？我们当时做Budget的时候都是做在一
起的（他是1summer, 1 student).

最近从公司跳到学校。因为此校只匹配457或403b，我选择了457。现在我想将以前存在
401K的钱转到我目前的plan。
有人建议我停止457，但不取出钱。投403b,把401K转到403b。我对这些投资不太了解。
哪位能提些好的建议吗？另，我计划过几年跳槽。目标还是政府部门，不会去公司。

好象大家很少讨论457哦。为什么要选457呢？我也刚开始做一份新工，提供457和401。

As far as I know, NSF PI cannot replace co-PIs, unless the co-PIs leave
academia or cannot work on the project due to eligibility problem.
It is my understanding that the role of NSF co-PI > the role of co-I in the
NIH system. NSF Co-PIs are supposed to co-responsible for NSF annual project
report (at least NSF official policy said so). In particular, the recent
updated NSF policy put particular emphasis on this PI/Co-PI issue.

It'd be nice of you to offer your co-PI a subaward if the NSF program allows
you to do so. You can continue to collaborate. I was once involved in such
a project on which I was the co-PI.

sell online is best it seems IMHO. Also, your stuff could be best positioned
for selling on etsy, other than ebay/amazon...

Personally I like amazon. I think they have wealthier customers than eBay.
So you would get more $$ for your products.

I don't have real experience selling on Amazon. But below are some tips I
think are important:
1) Prompt shipment
Amazon expects you to mail out orders within 2(?) business days of receipt.
If you are late on shipment, you will get automated email notification from
Amazon reminding you of that.
2) Product Title/Description
Ensure your product title/description are search friendly. Pay attention to
the keywords you use writing the title/description.
3) Always ask for reviews
After the customer gets the order, send a follow-up email to her and ask for
reviews. In Amazon Seller Account, look at your recent orders, in the
column Contact Customer, click the buyer's name and then select from the
list of subjects, including: Returns, Feedback Request, and Shipping
Notification. You can then compose your message and send it.
4) Become a Featured Merchant and win the Buy Box for that product.
