I saw its price down from 16( 4 years ago) to 3.xx today.
anyone familiar with this RE firm?

It's down for a reason. If you select stock by this
way, you will lose big.
Recently with government regulation, people worry
about RE in china. Although I don't think regulation
will bring down the RE market, especially XIN is
operating in the 2nd tier cities.

Don't know much about Xin yet. But i do checked the buildings they designed.
They look not bad..
Need to have more people involved for the related info. It just take too
much time for a person to check its history.
