The problem is actually DVD renting shifts to online video.
Netflix has less advantage in online video than its original mail service.
It also face much more intensive competition.
好比市区拆迁户，丢了老房子。signal family 换townhouse. 新房是更漂亮，可是位
置就没那么好了，还得跟neighbor share the wall.
你以为新房照给，老房不拆啊. 问问天朝拆迁队答不答应？

对于new grad或者entry level确实不太好。
可以看看glassdoor，不过也都差不多。

As I see it the excitement now lies in the international growth which
suites well as the shift from DVDs to streaming. (Domestic growth of
course is still the main part but have been priced in. ) The key for
netflix management is to manage the content provider relationships and
they seem to be doing fine. with the transformation of TV industry,
content providers will eventually reduce further control on contents,
company like NFLX will benefit.
I also think it's overvalued however growth investors or traders don't
think so which is enough to send it higher. Next ER will give further
directions.

没错，投了几十份还都是比较符合要求的，就是没人理，也不知道为啥。
之前4，5月份的时候投，同样的简历一个月还有六七个面试。
按理说现在不都是大公司招工季吗？

每年招人这两季我都不在market上。。。不好比较。但我记得去年10月，工作机会一下
多了几倍。

中国人看电影不会永远靠偷的，总有花钱的那一天。但是我觉得到时候会有本土公司把
这一块做起来的，轮不到外国公司来发财。

但仔细想想这个其实也不矛盾吧.
花钱看片的人assume everyone did the same thing and value the company/
industry too high.
看盗版的人also assume everyone did the same thing and value the company/
industry too low.
在对公司的品估上, 花钱的人并没有任何的优势.

关键是如果legal content足够低价的话，就没人去take the risk of illegal

Something like, Eraserhead, Bluevelvet, Henry: a portrait of serial killer,
which you cannot find on pplive or ppstream.
NFLX also have a lot of very good documentaries.

I think google tv will kill all the players in this domain based on what I
heard about their plan.
