为什么有生物猥琐男这个称呼，而没有EE猥琐男或是MD猥琐男？
是不是因为生物POSTDOC，千老比较多？穷？

Nokia Siemens Networks said Thursday it has been selected by The State Grid
Corporation of China to supply its
optical transmission platform to help ensure consistent power supply for a
Qinghai-Tibet power grid it is building.
MAIN FACTS: -The power grid is the largest construction project in the
region and is scheduled to be operational by
mid 2012.
-The project is connecting Tibet's grid with the northwest China grid,
integrating all provinces in the service area for the
first time.
-It will also enable the western region to achieve improved and faster
economic development.
-In a large-scale project like this, critical functions such as operations,
maintenance and safety depend on secure and
uninterrupted communications.
-Nokia Siemens will provide its Surpass hiT 7065, the Multi-Service
Provisioning Platform (MSPP) for the Qinghai-Tibet
power grid.
-Nokia Siemens will also supply its all-in-one Transmission Network
Management System, TNMS to optimize State
Grid's network operations.
-Services including installation, project management and system integration
form an essential part of the overall scope
of the project.
