不是FANG, 二流公司，但也不差。头几轮技术面的都不错。最后hiring manager进行
cultural fit. 问我，what are you looking for in this new role. 我把我准备的
东西背了一边： I'm looking for new challenges, i'm looking for a place where
I can solve interesting and hard problems, where I get to work with the
smartest people, where I can participate in new feature development with
business impact. And I also love to work long hours if I am 'stuck' on a
problem, because I am action-oriented and results-driven.
然后对方说，then i'm afraid it's not a great fit, as we have mostly
established code base and people here usually don't try to take on
unnecessary risk as we believe business comes first, our job is to serve our
business, not to pick the most interesting project ourselves. And we don't
try to work past 5pm. It sounds like that's not what you are looking for?

是这个网址。有货没货不定时。cardpool 现在有电子卡，现卡没货。考古一下
cardpool 有人报告卡里金额买后给人用过。我用过plastic jungle 都很好，还是小心
为上。

honest to yourself and the other side will hear, if you are not being
honest to yourself, the other side feels it too.
mentioning long working hours or not puts the other side in awkward
situation as well.

说你没进取心不适合我们公司。
我以前电面个傻逼老中公司，老中HM全程找茬问前面几段工作离职原因就问了一大半时
间。
这种一开始就有结果了fail 你点节奏你不论怎么答都会找你茬挑刺

当然，但首先不要把自己设框框，把自己限制死了。至于人家怎么决定是人家的事
。不要说慢节奏快节奏这种有争议的东西，尽量笼统，绝对正面的东西。

你这个是没答到题眼上，而且套路太老，别人一听就知道你在瞎编，没用的。其实这个
hm给的回答在点播你，可惜你悟性不够。
说来，其实就把jd的东西说下，比如，想成为xxx engineer，然后在这份工作中能够从
事1，2，3的工作（基本按jd来），再说下always looking for a good leader and be
a part of his/her team，making contribution and help teammeber/each other，
growing with the business。
最后要是还有点picky，在high tech 可以说下对东西的前景充满期待，be eager to
join in。
总之，世事洞明皆学问，人情练达即文章。在哪都不会错的。

在为难你，他可能只是为了告诉你真相。我猜你还在职业的早期阶段，有上进心有激情

这个难说是找借口还是真的不合适，都面试到这一步了，这个职位是按部就班地维护系
统，还是加班加点的冒风险开发新产品楼主自己没概念么？只是背标准答案的话，被拒
也算合情理。

我觉得楼主的回答不太好太 aggressive了，有些太中国思维话了
说的太多了容易被抓住把柄
一般说完成公司小组的任务是没有问题的。
说什么工作long hour 这个很不好。你这样容易造成peer pressure
感觉你还是太年轻说的不是很圆滑
