什么叫能预测，预测多准？
别说几天到一两个星期，您要是能预测３０秒之后的走势就已经可以退休了。

Even with 99% correct prediction rate, without decent strategy and correct
mindset,one can still be wiped out in the long run.

This is the correct answer. Prediction is first, but the most important part
is how to run the strategy including asset management etc.
