when i sell or buy, it's $7 per transaction.
but some time there will be two transactions
like if I buy 200 shares A stock for 12.00
It will divide like
100 shares for 12.00 complete
100 shares for 12.00 complete
finally, do they charge me two $7 ??

Yes, because you used market buy.

$7 for sure.
baozi?
it is according to your one "buy" order. It does not matter how scottrade
bought it. they can divide your order into 10 pieces if they want.

there are options: market / stop / stop limit / limit
which is 200 shares at one time??

You should click all in one.
Market order you can't click it.
