手上一个中概股由于会计丑闻，已经很久不在ＮＡＳＤＡＱ上交易了，最近要开会讨论
liquidation,
"Approve & adopt a plan of liquidation & dissolution providing for the
complete liquidation & dissolution of the xx Company, including:
a) The payment or reasonable provision to pay all known or unknown claims &
obligations of the xx Company,
b) The distribution of x million ordinary shares, &
c) The distribution of the remainder of the assets of the company"
这个b)是什么意思？是不是手上的普通股就是废纸了？
