假设现价20，cut loss set as 如果掉1块（5%），即卖出。
如下setup for sell 对吗？
stop on quote: 19 actual sell price could be < 19
stop limit on quote: limit price: 18.9, stop price: 19
trailing stop $: 1 or 19?
trailing stop %: 1 ?

用trailing stop $ 1
