with a market value of 24B.
There are 0.12B (118M) households in the US (2013 statistics).
Assuming at the peak half of the households (0.06B, or 60M) will join NFLX.
So each membership is value at $400.
Considering the cost of providing the service in order to attract and to
retain membership, this valuation is not cheap.
(I know there are overseas market for NFLX, but that's relatively small
comparing to the domestic market, and the assumption of 60M domestic
membership is very generous)
