Their customer service is one of the worse. Last time I got mistreated by
their service representatives, I closed my BAC accounts. Very glad to see
this.

You need another financial crisis for that to happen, which is not very
likely. BAC's balance sheet is much safer nowadays than the last time.

I like to see BAC tumble does not mean I think it is a bad long-term play.
You need to differentiate between short-term and long-term.
