其实像Juneau那边有洋流经过的地方冬天不会太冷大概跟芝加哥差不多

同推荐Florida. 没有洲税, sale tax 6%, property tax 2%. 地税是这么算的, 不像
坑爹的大加洲, 地税按成交价来算, 佛洲的地税是税务员来估价, 一般最后估价只有成
交价的50%. 再加上本地居民有5W的减免. 比如成交价是40万, 一般估价20万, 再减去5
万的homestead reduction. 按15万来收2%, 所以最后你要交的是3000块, 实际上还不
到1%. 当然具体还要看地段, 海边和河边的要高一点.

错的地方.
