如果签证官给六个月的时间，是不是意味着要在六个月以内来美国并且离开？还是说可
以在美国呆六个月？因为想要父母过来，就约了八月份的签证，但是临时有事又不能立
即过来了，所以计划是要明年才过来。是不是需要改一下签证的时间比较好呢？

我不知道我的I485的part2中应该选什么category了。我老公大潮file485，EB2,现在July
PD就到了，我就等着1号file。他现在是I485pending，那我应该选什么category啊？那
个I485的instruction把我弄个糊涂了。我自己先选了
b，my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted
lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows
derivative status for spouses and children.
就应该是file到chicago对吧？

, since you are not filing 140 and 485 together.
3E in the instruction applies to you, check the list of states for each
center.
4 does not apply to you, nor does 1C, which is for family based green card (

谢谢各位，我无语了，我手中有两份相差特别大的I485 instruction，都是从USCIS的
网站上下来的，而且都是01、18、11rev的，只是一个是我前几天下的，另一个是实在
搞不懂了又在电脑上研究的时候才发现的~
不管怎样，现在终于弄明白了，谢谢你们~
cm123说得pliang的博客实在是太有用了，我的都是从他的手把手教你填I485上学来的~
网站上下来的，而且都是01、18、11rev的，只是一个是我前几天下的，另一个是实在
搞不懂了又在电脑上研究的时候才发现的~
