In 2008, I switched my job and rolled over some money from my retirement
plan (401K) to a traditional IRA. Recently I received 1099-R regarding this.
And in form 1099-R, taxable amount is 0. the distribution code is G.
How to report this in form 1040 15 and 32?
My understanding is to fill the money in 15a and 0 in 15b. For IRA deduction
(line 32), it is 0. But I need to fill form 8606.
Am I right?
Thanks,
