拿acs series 杂志为例
JACS, IM=8.585， citation=351813 papers=3332
Biomacromolecule, IM=4.502， citation=15346 papers=424
Langmuir, IM=3.898， citation=84792, papers=2006
Macromolecule, IM=4.539， citation=88896, papers=1227
好像impact factor不是简单的citation/paper
请问有具体的算法吗？

请问可以用turbotax　efile了以后再寄一份8833吗？好像turbo tax上没有可以填8833
的.多谢！

In a given year, the impact factor of a journal is the average number of
citations received per paper published in that journal during the two
preceding years.[1] For example, if a journal has an impact factor of 3 in
2008, then its papers published in 2006 and 2007 received 3 citations each
on average. The 2008 impact factor of a journal would be calculated as
follows:
A = the number of times articles published in 2006 and 2007 were cited
by indexed journals during 2008
B = the total number of "citable items" published by that journal in
2006 and 2007. ("Citable items" are usually articles, reviews, proceedings,
or notes; not editorials or Letters-to-the-Editor.)
2008 impact factor = A/B
(Note that 2008 impact factors are actually published in 2009; they cannot
be calculated until all of the 2008 publications have been processed by the
indexing agency.)

是去年前2年的paper，在去年的引用数，而不是total的引用数
比如10年的IF，要看08，09年的文章，在10年的引用数，然后除以文章数目，因为要扣
除一下correction什么之类，通常算出的值乘1-1.1之间

那就是说前两年的文章，要马上引用才能提高IF.
否则的话，08,09年发的文章，在2012年以后才开始有引用。
那也没用了。
感觉这个算法好像有缺陷。
难怪现在有些新杂志大发review的文章，就是搞短平快。
而一些传统的杂志，if都在降低，但是可能total citation over year并不低。

所以现在有一个5年的IF，感觉那个更精确一点
